Shipping Policy and Delivery Times
Deliveries are Australia Post Parcel, unless otherwise stated. Australian delivery times vary from 2 to 12 business days, and are subject to change.
In stock books and DVD's are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Prints and Posters - allow 14 days for shipment.
Pre-Order products are shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery of a book to any location in Australia is at most $29.00, with 62% of our Australian customers paying $16.00 or less. However, this is subject to change depending on your specific circumstances and your order, so don't be afraid to add the items to your cart and check, you might find it's cheaper than you think!
We offer both Regular Post, and Express Post options where possible.

2023 Christmas Deadlines
The last date for orders to be delivered in time for Christmas depends on the location, and the status of Australia Post deliveries.
Australia Post's guidelines are here for 2023, however note that dates listed for Australia delivery are to METRO destinations, and if you are not in a capital city you should allow more time. Order early to avoid disappointment.
Express Post is an option for 90% of our items.
We would suggest if you are ordering a print/poster, or an in-stock model car you allow extra time as some of these items require additional processing.
From 22 December until 8 January 2023, we will be processing orders on all days except on public holidays for all our books and DVDs. Some model cars and prints/posters won't be processed over Christmas, these will be processed when we resume on 8 January.
Delivery is available to most locations worldwide.
We are generally following Australia Post guidelines with respect to where we can deliver packages to.
Overseas taxes and duties are not included in our price. You may be subject to additional fees and charges prior to delivery. This especially applies in EU countries with respect to the VAT, where the VAT will be charged to you on delivery.
Returns and Refunds
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product after shopping with us, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide a refund, swap or replacement if stock is available.
Our refund/return policy applies to a maximum 30 day period after the product was delivered.
Note that we generally do not offer a refund for change of mind after purchase.
The above policy applies in addition to any rights you have under Victorian or Australian law.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product on a purchase from one of our stockists, then please contact them directly to organise a refund or replacement.
I ordered something pre-order and heard no more, where is it? When will it be arriving?
Check out our pre-order status page for the latest updates on where our pre-order products are at. For model cars, we will send you a reminder to pay the remaining payment once we know they're going to arrive at our warehouse ready for dispatch.
Where limited edition numbered items are sold, no reservations for particular numbers will be taken unless otherwise stated.
I ordered something pre-order and changed my address, what do I do?
If you've ordered a model car that has a remaining payment, you don't need to do anything, when the car arrives at our warehouse and you get the payment reminder, you can update your address then.
For other orders - send us an email (from the account you ordered on) to email@example.com, with your order number, name, old address and new address, and we'll update it for you.
I have received a pre-loaded debit card as a gift, or wish to pay on two cards, how do I buy stuff from your store?
If the thing you want is more than what you have on one of your cards, purchase a V8 Sleuth Gift Card with your first debit card or gift card. If the right amount is not available, let us know, and we can set that up for you.
Once you receive your V8 Sleuth gift card via email: Go back into the store and add the product to your cart. In the shipping step, in the “Gift card or Discount code” box, put in your gift card code that you got via email.
The gift card code will partially pay your product purchase, leaving you with the balance to pay on another credit or debit card.
