This is a 1:18 diecast scale model Glenn Seton Racing Ford Falcon EF as driven to second place in the 1995 Tooheys 1000 at Bathurst by Alan Jones and Allan Grice.
After finishing eighth in the Australian Touring Car Championship, Formula 1 World Champion Alan Jones partnered with two-time Bathurst winner Allan Grice for the 1995 Tooheys 1000, but that wasn't the original intention - the co-drivers between the number 30 and 35 team cars swapped during practice, with David 'Skippy' Parsons running practice in the #35 car in the lead up before he was swapped to co-drive car 30 with team owner Seton.
Overshadowed by the battle at the front, where Seton led in the race's late stages only for engine failure to stop him nine laps from home, the second GSR Falcon finished only 5.76 seconds behind the winning Castrol Commodore of Larry Perkins and Russell Ingall.
Jones and Grice started from sixth on the grid and led nine laps during the race to be the first Ford home and the only Falcon to finish on the lead lap. It was the final Bathurst 1000 podium for both drivers and marked GSR's last Bathurst 1000 podium finish.
This model celebrates that podium finish in 1:18 scale, Diecast with opening parts and produced in limited numbers with a Certificate of Authenticity.
